Andre Johnson is a business agent and the lead negotiator for the deputies. Johnson tells KMA News that while most other staff within the department are around the average of several other similar-sized departments in the region, deputies are paid nearly $6 less than the average. Alley, who landed F-M's first individual track championship in 45 years this past spring with a win in the 1A 100 hurdles, talked with KMA Sports prior to signing with the Bearcats about the process that led her to Maryville. "Northwest has always kind of been in the back of my head, but I always thought it was too big," Alley said. "I wasn't going to be good enough to go there. Fremont County fair underway in Sidney
